Cooking classes at SunCafe are unlike any other class out there – these classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format! Learn how to prepare raw and vegan meals while also getting an overview of the health benefits eating plant-based food has to offer.
SunCafe takes pride in a 100% plant-based dairy-free menu that accommodates all palates, from fun and sophisticated to health-minded and indulgent. So you can only expect the cooking classes to revolve around the same aspirations in the kitchen.
Spend 90 minutes preparing gluten-free and soy-free dishes like vegan cheeses such as sundried tomato ricotta and firm non-raw paprika cheddar or Mexican cuisines like taco salad and nacho cheese enchiladas. There’s even a Q&A at the end of the class where the chef and co-owner of Sun Cafe, Ron Russell, is more than happy to answer any questions you have!
Classes are $30 dollars a person and take place at the restaurant most Saturday mornings (excluding some holiday weekends). Don’t miss out on acquiring the skill to craft the perfect healthy dish in an engaging class environment regardless of your skill level!
